Caledonia Bears 15U delivered the comeback of the night on the road Monday, storming back from a 6-2 deficit to edge Pelham Panthers 15U7-6on a bases-loaded walk in the top of the 7th. Around the diamond, Caledonia Bears 18U T2 blanked Cambridge Cubs U18b 18-0, Jarvis J's held off Ohsweken Redmen 7-5, and Walsingham Senators 11U ran past Simcoe Giants Tier 2 11U 12-0.

Caledonia Bears 15U found themselves down 6-2 early on the road at Pelham Monday night, the kind of hole that ends a lot of games. Instead, the Bears clawed one run back at a time. They pulled even by the 3rd inning, and from there both sides settled in, trading zeroes through the middle innings while the parents on the Caledonia side kept their voices up.
The break came in the top of the 7th. Caledonia loaded the bases and forced the go-ahead run home on a walk to Hand, the kind of gritty, patient at-bat that wins road games. K. Galbraith came on in relief to lock it down, striking out three over three innings to protect the lead. M. Caton set the tone at the plate all night, going 3-for-4, and J. Almas chipped in two more hits to keep the line moving whenever Caledonia needed a rally.

Caledonia Bears 18U T2 made quick work of Cambridge Cubs U18b at Henning Park, piling up an 18-0 win that got called after five innings. J. Fletcher struck out four over three innings on the mound, A. Van Sickle went 3-for-4, and J. Lammers added three more hits.
Jarvis J's held off a late push from Ohsweken Redmen to win 7-5. A. Hartwick opened the scoring with an inside-the-park home run, S. Marshall struck out four in relief to seal it, and J. Phibbs and S. Stone each picked up a pair of hits.
Walsingham Senators 11U ran away with an all-hometown matchup, blanking Simcoe Giants Tier 2 11U 12-0. Eden H. drove in three runs on a 2-for-2 night that included a home run, Bryson B. struck out six over two innings, and Leo A. and Brayden T. each added two hits for the Senators.
